This page has the most updated pictures. The puppies are now 20 weeks old. We have raised them around children of all ages and our cat Frankie. I am really proud of this litter. They are such a joy to have around. They are so smart. The pups are using the litter box and very rarely do they have an accident. There are additional pictures on our
Puppies Page 1 page and Puppies Page 2 . Each pup has been wormed, up to date on their shots, been micro chipped, vet checked, and a health guarantee , Puppies go to their new homes with a small puppy care package. The puppy care package will have a blanket, new toys, food, litter and small litter box. All Puppies will be on a Spay/Neuter Contract. Please see my "puppy price" page. If your interested in adopting one of our pups, please fill out our Adoption Application. |

Here are some good questions that we have been asked about this litter.......and our answers to them. :)
Question: Is the fawn color a true fawn? Answer: Yes all the puppies in this litter are clear true fawn coloration with little to no dark guard hairs throughout the body. All the pups appears to be single coated instead of a double coated fawn. Question: How does the fawn puppies size compare to each other? Answer: With a big litter of puppies (8 in all) the puppies are usually smaller in size when born, so each pup was not that much smaller than each of the litter mates, and right on track whenthey had their last vet check at 8 weeks old.(the pups are 11 wks old ) and I am happy with the weight and development at this point. We consider the fawns to be more on the petite side, and expect them to reach 13 to 14lbs. at maturity. Question: Why is this litter being sold as pet quality? Answer: When we breed, we breed for improvement of the breed only, striving for specific qualities to carry down a line....We look for strong qualities and a certain conformation for breeding , and will not compromise on that.....In our opinion all puppies in this litter were adorable, but pet quality ONLY. Had there been one I thought had what it took to carry down the line we would have chosen it and kept it for either myself or the sires owner to carry on the lines. In Funny Farms opinion Clemintine (she is at Funny Farm Pugs) has the most symetrical shape face ears and eye set, and nose wrinkle in the litter but lacked the substance bone and type in her conformation for breeding. Her sisters had the bone but lacked conformational refinement in the face that we look for in a breeding line. So this is why they are available to a pet home only. Our standards are very high when it comes to breeding, but that does not make her any less of an adorable and loving companion.:) All the pups are litter box trained and has never had an accident out side of the litter box. So we would encourage their new family to continue using a litter box with them. |
